Return Process

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
